This year’s foreign tour is to a Country like no other, Cuba. Havana it’s Capitol City is a city of contradictions. Its main attraction is its beautiful Historic Center and the Cuban people. You will notice how happy they are, whether playing baseball in the street, an impromptu solo musician playing in the shade, or someone fixing their 1955 Plymouth. Cubans are fascinated with foreign tourists, especially Americans. They will try an engage you and practice their limited English. Havana is the Countries Capitol City and the largest City in the Caribbean. It will amaze you with its lively nightlife and music culture.

The Havana team’s game facility is stadium, but lacks flood lights.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
For US citizens to enter Cuba officially, they should be a part of a government-sanctioned visit to intergovernmental organizations, professional research, educational activities, etc. It’s a long drawn-out process to obtain a Visa. The good news is that though we will have a Group Visa, we do not have to depart together. However, over 100,000 U.S. residents visit Cuba each year via a third country, either Canada or Mexico. This will cost about $300 more.
NOTE:
Its customary for teams visiting Cuba to take “gifts”. We will soon be asking for volunteers to help organize a collection. It’s hard to believe that items we all take for granted are extremely difficult for the average Cuban to purchase.
You will see how appreciative they are and how much satisfaction you will get from giving.
